Colorado College will consider a religious board exemption request if students meet the established deadlines below. It will be granted only if a reasonable request has been made for a special diet and the College's food service provider, Bon Appetit is unable to fulfill the request. Some religious diets can be accommodated.

The yearly timeline to submit requests to the Chaplain's Office for religious board exemption are:

• November 1 - requests for exemptions for the upcoming spring semester
• May 1 - requests from returning students for the upcoming fall semester
• July 1 - requests from new students for the upcoming fall semester
